Gas and Chemical Delivery Systems

Celerity, Inc. is one of the leading technology providers of gas and chemical delivery systems to the global semiconductor and electronics industries. Vince Brown worked with Celerity to design sophisticated gas delivery systems for various semiconductor processes. The custom designed solutions helped meet Celerity's' aggressive product schedules, strict packaging constraints and reduced the total cost of customer ownership.

Vince Brown also worked with Celerity's business development team to create a web enabled product configuration application. The application provided a 90% reduction in cycle time for standard configurable products. The output was a more accurate production bill of materials and reduction is potential configuration errors.

Vince Brown provided direct support related to the development of 200mm ETCH gas delivery and process piping systems, sheet metal enclosure, various gas delivery weldments, and P & ID layouts for multiple semiconductor manufacturing customers using Pro/e, SolidWorks, Inventor and AutoCAD. The support services provided to Celerity, Inc. have displayed positive results within their engineering group and business development team.
